Responsibility

  • Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn to identify and engage potential B2B clients in the e-commerce sector.
  • Manage inbound leads through CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), ensuring timely follow-ups and personalized outreach.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers to drive repeat business and upsell opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to refine sales collateral, pitches, and campaigns based on client feedback and market trends.
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets by closing deals and expanding the client portfolio.
  • Track and analyze sales metrics (conversion rates, pipeline growth, etc.) to optimize performance and report insights to management.
  • Stay updated on e-commerce trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices to position our solutions effectively.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to align on goals and share best practices.

Qualifications

  • Proven 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in e-commerce, SaaS, or digital services.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with a track record of closing high-value deals.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho) and sales automation tools.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento) and B2B sales cycles.
  • Excellent English proficiency (written and verbal) for global client interactions.
  • Comfortable with cold outreach and comfortable handling rejection with resilience.
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Bali, Indonesia (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.).
