Responsibility
- Convert inbound leads into sales by providing expert advice on automotive performance parts and accessories.
- Engage with customers via phone, email, and live chat to understand their needs and recommend tailored solutions.
- Stay updated on the latest automotive trends, product releases, and industry innovations to offer accurate, cutting-edge guidance.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine product descriptions and promotional strategies for higher conversion rates.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales, and feedback in CRM systems.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Resolve customer inquiries and concerns promptly, providing post-purchase support when needed.
- Participate in training sessions to expand product knowledge and sales techniques.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in automotive sales, customer service, or technical advisory roles (minimum 2 years preferred).
- Strong knowledge of performance parts, engine components, and vehicle modifications (e.g., turbochargers, exhaust systems, ECU tuning).
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills in English (written and verbal).
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with a stable internet connection.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, CRM tools, and sales software is a plus.
