Responsibility
- Proactively reach out to potential clients via phone, email, and other communication channels to schedule appointments.
- Manage and maintain an organized calendar for sales representatives and clients.
- Follow up with leads to confirm appointments and ensure high attendance rates.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and appointments in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to optimize appointment scheduling and improve conversion rates.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Research and identify new leads to expand our client base.
- Prepare reports on appointment metrics and performance for management review.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in appointment setting, sales support, or customer service roles.
