Responsibility

  • Proactively contact warm inbound leads via phone and email
  • Qualify prospects and schedule appointments for sales teams
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions in CRM system
  • Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and move them through sales funnel
  • Achieve daily/weekly targets for appointments set and calls made
  • Provide excellent customer service and represent company professionally
  • Collaborate with sales team to optimize lead conversion strategies
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and market trends in ANZ regions

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Proven ability to build rapport and persuade prospects
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational skills
  • Comfortable working independently in remote environment
  • Basic computer skills and CRM experience preferred
