Responsibility
- Proactively contact warm inbound leads via phone and email
- Qualify prospects and schedule appointments for sales teams
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions in CRM system
- Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and move them through sales funnel
- Achieve daily/weekly targets for appointments set and calls made
- Provide excellent customer service and represent company professionally
- Collaborate with sales team to optimize lead conversion strategies
- Stay updated on product knowledge and market trends in ANZ regions
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Proven ability to build rapport and persuade prospects
- Self-motivated with strong organizational skills
- Comfortable working independently in remote environment
- Basic computer skills and CRM experience preferred
- Available to work ANZ business hours (flexible shifts)
- Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace
