Responsibility
- Manage and organize cloud-based documents and files to ensure easy accessibility and security.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, including preparing agendas and recording minutes.
- Handle correspondence, including emails, memos, and official letters, with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Maintain and update departmental records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other administrative documents.
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth communication and workflow.
- Monitor and manage office supplies inventory, placing orders as needed.
- Provide general administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the department.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Administrative Secretary, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
- Proficiency in office software, including Microsoft Office Suite and cloud-based tools (e.g., Google Workspace).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
