As a Remedial Officer, you will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and recovering non-performing assets while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Your expertise will help mitigate financial risks and optimize recovery strategies for our clients in the banking and financial services sector.

Responsibility
- Conduct thorough assessments of non-performing loans (NPLs) and delinquent accounts to determine recovery potential.
- Develop and implement effective remedial action plans, including negotiation, restructuring, or legal proceedings.
- Liaise with clients, banks, and legal teams to facilitate asset recovery and debt resolution.
- Monitor and report on the progress of recovery cases, ensuring adherence to timelines and KPIs.
- Prepare and present detailed recovery reports to management and stakeholders.
- Ensure all recovery activities comply with Indonesian financial regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with auction teams to liquidate repossessed assets efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of all remedial actions and communications in the company’s systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Law, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in credit recovery, debt collection, or remedial management, preferably in banking or financial services.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian financial regulations and recovery processes.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and financial software.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and handle sensitive situations professionally.
- Familiarity with auction processes and asset liquidation is a plus.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
