Responsibility
- Monitor and manage delinquent accounts to minimize financial losses and improve recovery rates.
- Conduct thorough analysis of client financial statuses and develop tailored recovery strategies.
- Liaise with clients, banks, and legal teams to negotiate repayment plans or settlements.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on recovery activities, progress, and outcomes to management.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies in debt recovery processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify early warning signs of potential defaults and implement preventive measures.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all remedial actions and communications.
- Provide exceptional customer service while handling sensitive financial discussions with professionalism and empathy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in banking, financial services, or debt recovery (preferably in a remedial or collections role).
- Strong understanding of financial products, credit risk assessment, and regulatory frameworks in Indonesia.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and familiar with financial software or CRM systems.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and handle confidential information with discretion.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional local languages are a plus.
