Responsibility
- Promote and market banking products, including Deposits, Savings, and Current Accounts, to potential and existing clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure long-term loyalty and satisfaction.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and pipeline development.
- Coordinate with internal teams to implement effective NOA (New Account Opening) and NOC (New Customer Acquisition) strategies.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to assess their financial needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine marketing approaches.
- Prepare and present reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market insights.
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies in all customer interactions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in banking, financial services, or sales roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with diverse clients.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and building customer relationships.
