Responsibility
- Greet and assist clients promptly and professionally as they enter the branch, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and requests with accuracy and empathy, providing solutions that align with company policies and client needs.
- Process financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and account updates, while maintaining strict adherence to security and compliance standards.
- Educate clients on Vantage Financial’s products and services, identifying opportunities to cross-sell or upsell based on their financial goals.
- Resolve escalated issues or complaints in a timely manner, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional branch environment to uphold the company’s brand image.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve branch targets and contribute to a positive, high-performing work culture.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and regulatory changes to provide accurate and relevant information to clients.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, retail, or financial services (fresh graduates with relevant internships are welcome to apply).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage clients in a friendly and professional manner.
- Basic knowledge of financial products, banking procedures, or cash handling is a plus.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, Japanese) are advantageous.
