Responsibility
- Contact and negotiate with delinquent customers to arrange payment plans or settlements.
- Monitor and manage a portfolio of overdue accounts, prioritizing high-risk cases.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all collection activities and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to assess credit risks and recommend account actions.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies in debt recovery processes.
- Provide exceptional customer service while resolving disputes and addressing concerns.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on collection performance and recovery rates.
- Identify trends in delinquency and propose strategies to improve recovery outcomes.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in collections, debt recovery, or a related financial role.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and empathy.
- Familiarity with financial regulations and ethical collection practices in Indonesia.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and collection management software.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal).
- Willingness to work in a hybrid or on-site setup in Bali.
