Responsibility
- Lead and manage the dealing team to ensure efficient, accurate, and compliant trade execution across Futures, FX, and OTC derivatives.
- Develop and implement trading strategies to maximize profitability while mitigating market and operational risks.
- Oversee client order flow, ensuring timely and competitive pricing, execution, and settlement.
- Collaborate with Risk Management, Compliance, and Sales teams to align dealing activities with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor market trends, liquidity conditions, and volatility to optimize trading performance and client outcomes.
- Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance dealing efficiency and scalability.
- Maintain strong relationships with brokers, counterparties, and exchanges to secure favorable terms and execution quality.
- Prepare and present performance reports, P&L analysis, and market insights to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; CFA, FRM, or similar certifications are a plus.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in dealing, trading, or execution services, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven expertise in Futures, FX, and OTC derivatives markets, including pricing, execution, and risk management.
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks (e.g., MiFID II, Dodd-Frank, local Indonesian regulations).
- Exceptional analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Proficiency in trading platforms, Bloomberg, Reuters, and risk management systems.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment with a global client base.
