Responsibility
- Execute and manage trades for corporate and institutional clients in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients, banks, and financial institutions.
- Monitor market trends, analyze financial data, and provide strategic insights to optimize trading performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored financial solutions for clients.
- Ensure accurate and timely settlement of transactions while mitigating risks.
- Prepare and present market reports, performance metrics, and client portfolios.
- Stay updated on global economic developments and adjust trading strategies accordingly.
- Participate in training programs and knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance team expertise.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field. Advanced degrees (MBA, CFA) are a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in dealing, trading, or financial markets, preferably in corporate/institutional banking.
- Strong understanding of financial instruments, including equities, bonds, forex, and derivatives.
- Proven track record of managing client portfolios and delivering measurable results.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in trading platforms, financial software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, Indonesian) are advantageous.
