Responsibility
- Prepare, review, and monitor loan documents for annotation and foreclosure processes.
- Assist in the filing and tracking of legal cases related to loan defaults and foreclosures.
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies in all documentation and processes.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including legal, credit, and operations, to facilitate smooth remedial actions.
- Maintain accurate records of all remedial activities and updates in the bank’s systems.
- Conduct regular audits of loan files to identify discrepancies or missing documentation.
- Provide support in the execution of foreclosure sales and other remedial measures.
- Assist in the preparation of reports for management and regulatory bodies as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in banking, financial services, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of loan documentation, foreclosure processes, and banking regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and banking software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of Indonesian banking laws and regulations is a plus.
