Responsibility
- Perform relief duties across various operational stations to ensure continuous service availability.
- Provide prompt, professional, and friendly service to all customers at the fuel island or convenience store.
- Handle cash, credit card, and digital payment transactions accurately using POS systems.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards within the station premises in accordance with company protocols.
- Monitor fuel inventory levels and assist in reporting stock status to the station manager.
- Promote loyalty programs and station promotions to drive sales and customer engagement.
- Address customer inquiries or concerns promptly to ensure a positive brand experience.
- Collaborate with the station team to maintain operational efficiency during peak hours.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Senior High School graduate; college level is an advantage.
- At least 1 year of experience in retail, food service, or customer-facing roles.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both Filipino and English.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Must be detail-oriented, honest, and possess strong integrity in handling financial transactions.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with digital retail equipment.
- Must be willing to be assigned in the Sucat area and occasionally assist nearby branches.
- Ability to stand for long periods and work effectively in an outdoor/fuel station environment.
