Responsibility
- Safely transport founders, management team, and visitors to and from meetings, events, and other designated locations.
- Maintain the company vehicle in excellent condition, including regular cleaning, inspections, and minor maintenance.
- Adhere strictly to traffic laws, road safety regulations, and company policies at all times.
- Plan efficient routes to optimize travel time and fuel consumption while ensuring punctuality.
- Assist with light administrative tasks, such as logging mileage, fuel expenses, and maintenance records.
- Provide exceptional customer service with a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- Be available for occasional after-hours or weekend assignments as needed.
Qualifications
- Valid Indonesian driver’s license (SIM A) with a clean driving record.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience as a professional driver, preferably for corporate or executive clients.
- In-depth knowledge of Bali’s roads, traffic patterns, and key locations (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.).
- Strong defensive driving skills and a commitment to passenger safety.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; basic English is a plus.
- Punctual, reliable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Physically fit to assist with light tasks (e.g., loading/unloading luggage or equipment).
- Familiarity with vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting is advantageous.
