Responsibility
- Monitor and manage traffic flow to prevent congestion and ensure smooth operations on assigned roadways.
- Enforce traffic laws and regulations to maintain order and safety for all road users.
- Respond promptly to traffic incidents, accidents, or emergencies, and coordinate with local authorities as needed.
- Provide assistance to motorists, including directions, minor vehicle troubleshooting, and emergency support.
- Conduct regular patrols to identify and report road hazards, infrastructure issues, or maintenance needs.
- Document and report traffic violations, incidents, and other relevant data for record-keeping and analysis.
- Collaborate with local law enforcement, emergency services, and toll station teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Maintain professionalism and represent the company with a customer-focused approach at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in traffic management or public safety are a plus.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in traffic enforcement, security, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of traffic laws, regulations, and safety protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with the public.
- Physical fitness and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Valid driver’s license (motorcycle or car) with a clean driving record.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are an advantage.
