Responsibility
- Safely transport personnel, materials, and equipment to designated locations in compliance with traffic laws and company policies.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety, cleanliness, and operational readiness.
- Assist with loading and unloading of cargo, ensuring proper handling and secure transportation.
- Maintain accurate logs of travel times, distances, fuel consumption, and vehicle maintenance activities.
- Coordinate with dispatch and logistics teams to optimize routes and ensure timely deliveries.
- Perform basic vehicle maintenance tasks such as checking fluid levels, tire pressure, and reporting mechanical issues.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, including defensive driving techniques and emergency procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service to passengers, ensuring a comfortable and professional experience.
Qualifications
- Valid Indonesian driver’s license (SIM A or equivalent) with a clean driving record.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional driving experience, preferably in logistics or personnel transport.
- Strong knowledge of traffic regulations, road safety, and vehicle maintenance basics.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Physical fitness to handle loading/unloading tasks and long hours of driving.
- Ability to read maps, use GPS systems, and navigate efficiently in urban and rural areas.
- High level of professionalism, punctuality, and reliability.
- Familiarity with Bali’s roads and traffic conditions is a plus.
