Responsibility
- Safely transport employees, guests, and management to and from designated locations, including offices, hotels, airports, and event venues.
- Maintain the highest standards of vehicle cleanliness, mechanical condition, and fuel efficiency.
- Adhere strictly to traffic laws, company policies, and safety protocols at all times.
- Provide courteous, professional, and discreet service to all passengers, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant experience.
- Manage daily route planning to optimize time and fuel consumption while avoiding delays.
- Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure operational readiness and report any maintenance issues promptly.
- Assist passengers with luggage or other personal items when necessary.
- Keep accurate records of trips, mileage, fuel consumption, and any incidents or delays.
Qualifications
- Valid SIM B1 (Indonesian Class B1 Driver’s License) with a clean driving record.
- Minimum 3 years of professional driving experience, preferably in corporate or executive transportation.
- Familiarity with Bali’s roads, traffic patterns, and key locations (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.).
- Excellent defensive driving skills and a strong commitment to safety.
- Professional appearance, strong work ethic, and exceptional customer service orientation.
- Basic English communication skills to interact with international guests or clients.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends as required.
- Physical fitness to handle luggage and perform minor vehicle maintenance checks.
