Your work will directly contribute to economic development by providing essential financial products to underserved markets.

Responsibility
- Identify and engage potential micro-banking clients, including small business owners and entrepreneurs in Bali.
- Present and promote Mandiri Andalan Utama’s micro-banking products, such as savings accounts, micro-loans, and business financing solutions.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct financial needs assessments to recommend the most suitable banking products for each client.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for micro-banking product acquisitions.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with the branch team to organize community outreach programs and financial literacy workshops.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, banking, or customer service, preferably in microfinance or SME banking.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build trust with clients.
- Familiarity with micro-banking products and basic financial concepts.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to travel within assigned regions in Bali to meet clients.
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (verbal and written).
- Basic computer skills, including CRM software and Microsoft Office.
