Responsibility
- Develop and manage a portfolio of high-value clients, ensuring personalized service and long-term relationship growth.
- Identify and capitalize on cross-selling opportunities to expand the bank’s product and service offerings.
- Conduct financial needs assessments and recommend tailored banking solutions, including loans, investments, and wealth management services.
- Achieve and exceed quarterly revenue targets through proactive client engagement and strategic business development.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, competitive products, and regulatory changes to provide informed advice.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., credit, compliance, product) to streamline client onboarding and service delivery.
- Organize and participate in client events, networking sessions, and financial literacy workshops to enhance brand visibility.
- Ensure compliance with all banking policies, procedures, and AML/KYC regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. Master’s degree or professional certifications (e.g., CFP, CFA) are a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in relationship management, private banking, or retail banking, with a proven track record in client acquisition and retention.
- Strong understanding of banking products, including deposits, loans, credit cards, and investment services.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build trust with diverse clientele.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages (e.g., Mandarin) are advantageous.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
