Responsibility
- Conduct one-on-one financial consultations to understand clients’ goals, risk tolerance, and financial situations.
- Develop and present customized financial plans, including insurance, investments, and retirement strategies.
- Educate clients on AXA’s life, health, and wealth protection products with clarity and transparency.
- Monitor and review clients’ portfolios, recommending adjustments to align with changing life circumstances.
- Build and maintain a strong client pipeline through referrals, networking, and proactive outreach.
- Stay updated on market trends, regulatory changes, and AXA’s product offerings to provide accurate advice.
- Collaborate with AXA’s underwriting and claims teams to ensure seamless policy issuance and servicing.
- Achieve and exceed quarterly sales targets while maintaining high client satisfaction ratings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in financial advisory, insurance sales, or banking (fresh graduates with strong sales aptitude are encouraged to apply).
- Valid Insurance Commission (IC) license or willingness to obtain one (AXA provides support).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English (additional local languages a plus).
- Self-driven with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, financial software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong ethical standards and commitment to client confidentiality.
- Residency in Bali, Indonesia with a stable internet connection for remote work.
