Responsibility
- Develop and expand BCA Finance’s customer base in Bali through proactive outreach and networking.
- Conduct market surveys and analyze customer data to assess creditworthiness and eligibility for financial products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
- Promote BCA Finance’s range of financial products and services, including loans, leasing, and other credit solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline application processes and improve customer experience.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market insights.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards in all client interactions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, relationship management, or financial services (fresh graduates with strong potential are encouraged to apply).
- Proven track record in customer acquisition, business development, or account management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical abilities with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Familiarity with financial products, credit assessment, and risk management is a plus.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
