Responsibility
- Monitor and ensure compliance with EU REACH regulations and other relevant international standards.
- Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify potential compliance issues.
- Provide training and guidance to internal teams on regulatory requirements.
- Liaise with external regulatory bodies, auditors, and stakeholders to ensure alignment with compliance standards.
- Prepare and submit regulatory reports and documentation in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with legal, operations, and supply chain teams to address compliance challenges.
- Stay updated on changes in regulatory landscapes and proactively adjust compliance strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in regulatory compliance, preferably in manufacturing or logistics.
- In-depth knowledge of EU REACH regulations and other international compliance frameworks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in compliance management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Certification in compliance (e.g., CRCP, CCEP) is a plus.
