Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to ensure on-time delivery of high-quality products.
- Lead, train, and mentor production staff to maintain high performance and adherence to safety protocols.
- Monitor production schedules, adjust workflows, and resolve bottlenecks to optimize efficiency.
- Enforce quality control standards and conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with industry regulations.
- Maintain accurate production records, including output metrics, downtime logs, and resource utilization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., logistics, maintenance) to streamline operations and reduce waste.
- Implement lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure a safe working environment by adhering to OSHA and company-specific safety guidelines.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in a production lead, supervisor, or team leader role within manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, or related industries.
- Proven ability to manage teams, delegate tasks, and drive productivity in a high-volume production setting.
- Strong knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), ISO standards, and quality control procedures.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on process optimization and cost reduction.
- Proficiency in production management software (e.g., ERP, MES) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluent in English; additional proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
- Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
