Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes, from supplier identification to contract negotiation.
- Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their offerings.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality.
- Collaborate with internal teams to forecast demand and maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Monitor supplier performance and resolve any issues to ensure timely deliveries.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and stakeholders.
- Analyze procurement data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of manufacturing or automotive industry procurement is a plus.
