Responsibility
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records for all salon products and supplies.
- Track product consumption and usage patterns to forecast demand and prevent stockouts or overstocking.
- Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies with system records.
- Coordinate with suppliers and procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of stock and materials.
- Generate and analyze inventory reports to identify trends, inefficiencies, or areas for improvement.
- Organize and maintain storage areas to ensure easy access, proper rotation (FIFO), and compliance with safety standards.
- Collaborate with salon managers to address inventory-related issues and implement solutions.
- Assist in the development and implementation of inventory control procedures and best practices.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Proficiency in using inventory management software or ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Excel, or similar tools).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic understanding of supply chain and logistics principles.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field is a plus.
