Responsibility
- Operate and monitor machinery to ensure optimal performance and production efficiency.
- Calibrate and adjust equipment settings to meet precise manufacturing specifications.
- Load raw materials into machines and ensure consistent feed rates for uninterrupted production.
- Perform routine maintenance checks and troubleshoot minor mechanical issues to prevent downtime.
- Inspect finished products for defects, accuracy, and adherence to quality standards.
- Maintain accurate records of production outputs, machine performance, and maintenance activities.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company guidelines to ensure a hazard-free workplace.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve operational workflows.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Machine Operator in manufacturing, logistics, or a related field.
- Proven ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with hands-on experience in equipment calibration and maintenance.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve operational issues.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift/move heavy materials (up to 25 kg).
- Basic computer literacy for data entry and production tracking systems.
- Familiarity with cold storage or temperature-controlled environments is a plus.
- Willingness to work in shifts and adapt to changing production demands.
