Responsibility
- Assist in receiving, unpacking, and verifying incoming shipments against purchase orders.
- Organize and maintain inventory in designated storage areas, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, adhering to quality and safety standards.
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks (if certified).
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment in compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse targets.
- Assist in loading and unloading delivery vehicles as required.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; prior warehouse or logistics experience is a plus.
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 25 kg).
- Basic knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) or inventory software.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Good communication skills and teamwork orientation.
- Familiarity with safety protocols and willingness to adhere to PPE requirements.
- Basic English proficiency for effective communication in a multicultural workplace.
