As a Storage Supervisor, you will be responsible for coordinating storage activities, optimizing space utilization, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Responsibility
- Oversee daily storage operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate record-keeping using inventory management systems.
- Lead and supervise a team of storage personnel, providing training and performance feedback.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a secure and compliant work environment.
- Optimize storage space utilization and organize inventory for efficient retrieval.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of orders.
- Conduct regular audits to verify inventory accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in storage, warehouse, or inventory management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and best practices.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to analyze data and generate reports for decision-making.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards in storage operations.
