Responsibility
- Assemble and test semiconductor components with high precision and adherence to quality standards.
- Operate and maintain assembly equipment, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime.
- Follow detailed work instructions, schematics, and blueprints to meet production targets.
- Perform quality inspections and troubleshoot defects or malfunctions in assembled products.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline assembly processes and improve efficiency.
- Document production activities, including quantities produced, defects identified, and corrective actions taken.
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and reduce waste.
Qualifications
- Diploma or vocational training in Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, assembly, or a similar technical role.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with small, intricate components.
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings, schematics, and work instructions.
- Basic knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and assembly machinery.
- Ability to work in a 12-hour shift pattern, including nights and weekends as required.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with ISO standards, ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) precautions, and cleanroom protocols is a plus.
