Responsibility
- Lead and manage end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, logistics, inventory, and distribution.
- Develop and implement strategic supply chain initiatives to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and improve delivery times.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast demand, plan inventory levels, and ensure timely procurement of materials.
- Oversee vendor and supplier relationships, negotiating contracts and ensuring compliance with quality and delivery standards.
- Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Ensure compliance with local and international regulations, including customs, import/export, and safety standards.
- Drive continuous improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, or other methodologies to enhance operational performance.
- Mentor and develop supply chain team members, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record in managing procurement, logistics, and inventory in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and incoterms.
- Certification in CSCP, CPIM, or Six Sigma is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs.
