Responsibility
- Assist in internal and external ISO and QMS audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Review, verify, and maintain quality records, documentation, and reports to support traceability and accountability.
- Conduct inspections and tests on materials, products, and processes to identify deviations or non-conformities.
- Collaborate with production, logistics, and engineering teams to implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Monitor and analyze quality metrics and KPIs to identify trends and recommend improvements.
- Ensure proper documentation and version control of QA procedures, work instructions, and SOPs.
- Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) for quality issues and propose sustainable solutions.
- Support training programs to educate staff on quality standards, best practices, and compliance protocols.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a QA or quality control role within manufacturing, logistics, or a regulated industry.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, QMS frameworks, and industry-specific quality standards.
- Proficiency in document control, audit procedures, and non-conformance reporting.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and regulatory guidelines.
- Familiarity with statistical process control (SPC) and quality tools (e.g., 5 Whys, Fishbone Diagram).
- Strong communication and teamwork skills with the ability to work across departments.
