Responsibility
- Assist in the inspection, maintenance, and repair of commercial vehicles under supervisor guidance.
- Support the diagnosis of mechanical and electrical issues using industry-standard tools and software.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to test and validate vehicle performance and safety standards.
- Document technical findings, service reports, and maintenance logs with precision and clarity.
- Participate in workshop training sessions to enhance skills in automotive systems and components.
- Assist in inventory management of spare parts and tools, ensuring efficient workflow.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies in vehicle servicing.
- Adhere to safety protocols and company policies in all operational tasks.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Technology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle mechanics, hydraulics, or electrical systems (academic or practical).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to read technical manuals and schematics.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) for documentation and reporting.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced industrial environment.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
