Responsibility
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping goods.
- Manage and lead a team of warehouse staff, ensuring productivity and adherence to safety protocols.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Implement and maintain warehouse management systems to track inventory and streamline operations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
- Coordinate with transportation and delivery teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Prepare and submit reports on warehouse performance, inventory status, and operational metrics.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings within the warehouse.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in warehouse supervision or a similar role in manufacturing or logistics.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Proficiency in warehouse management software and inventory tracking systems.
