Responsibility
- Process and monitor permit applications for infrastructure projects across multiple regions.
- Liaise with government agencies to secure necessary approvals and licenses.
- Ensure compliance with local, regional, and national regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of permits, renewals, and compliance documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather required project documentation.
- Conduct regular audits to verify adherence to regulatory standards.
- Provide support in resolving compliance-related issues and discrepancies.
- Stay updated on changes in regulatory policies and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Public Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in regulatory compliance or permit processing.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian government regulations and permitting processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with officials and teams.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and record-keeping abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and document management systems.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
