Responsibility
- Manage front desk operations, including member check-ins, inquiries, and phone calls.
- Process new member registrations, renewals, and payments accurately.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date member records and filing systems.
- Coordinate gym class schedules, trainer availability, and facility bookings.
- Handle customer complaints or issues professionally and resolve them promptly.
- Assist in inventory management for gym supplies and equipment.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on gym usage, membership stats, and financial transactions.
- Collaborate with the management team to organize promotional events and membership drives.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative, customer service, or gym management roles.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic data entry software.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Friendly, approachable demeanor with a customer-first mindset.
- Basic knowledge of fitness industry standards and gym operations is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings if required.
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education in business administration is advantageous.
