Note: This role is based in Bali, Indonesia, and is open to both local and international candidates who are legally eligible to work in Indonesia.
Responsibility
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing communications with professionalism and discretion.
- Coordinate and prioritize executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements with efficiency and foresight.
- Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of senior leadership, ensuring accuracy and alignment with company standards.
- Oversee and streamline office operations, including document management, expense tracking, and vendor coordination.
- Facilitate seamless communication between departments, ensuring timely follow-ups and action items are addressed.
- Conduct research and compile data to support executive decision-making, presenting findings in a clear and concise manner.
- Manage confidential information with the utmost integrity, adhering to company policies and industry best practices.
- Represent the executive team in meetings or events when necessary, demonstrating professionalism and strong interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role supporting senior leadership in a corporate or real estate environment.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace, with the ability to create professional documents and presentations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages (Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin, etc.) are a plus.
- Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information and high-level communications.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with calendar management tools (e.g., Outlook, Google Calendar) and travel coordination platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not required.
