Responsibility
- Assist the maintenance team in updating and organizing maintenance records, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
- Track and manage spare parts inventory, including stock levels, reordering, and vendor coordination.
- Support the scheduling of preventive and corrective maintenance activities to minimize downtime.
- Prepare and maintain documentation for maintenance logs, work orders, and compliance reports.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to streamline maintenance workflows and improve efficiency.
- Assist in data entry and analysis to identify trends in equipment performance and maintenance needs.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives by suggesting administrative best practices.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance technical and administrative knowledge.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related program.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask.
