Responsibility
- Facilitate the commercial switching and registration processes for clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Engage with stakeholders, including government agencies, business partners, and customers, to foster strong relationships and address inquiries.
- Coordinate post-registration activities, including documentation, follow-ups, and issue resolution to ensure seamless transitions.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance stakeholder satisfaction and streamline registration workflows.

- Monitor and report on registration metrics, identifying areas for improvement and recommending solutions.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in registration, stakeholder engagement, or customer service roles, preferably in the energy sector.
