Responsibility
- Manage and organize daily administrative tasks, including filing, documentation, and record-keeping to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
- Coordinate internal and external communications, including emails, calls, and meetings, to facilitate smooth operations.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and business correspondence with a high level of professionalism.
- Support procurement processes by liaising with vendors, tracking orders, and maintaining inventory records.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements in all administrative activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.
- Maintain office supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure a productive and organized work environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative roles, preferably in logistics, construction, or heavy equipment industries.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry, documentation, and reporting.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with basic accounting or inventory management software is an advantage.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in administration or office management are a bonus.
