Responsibility
- Manage and maintain accurate student records, transcripts, and academic documentation in compliance with institutional policies.
- Coordinate registration processes, including enrollment, course scheduling, and student data updates.
- Provide administrative support to faculty, staff, and students, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
- Assist in property management tasks, including lease agreements, facility maintenance coordination, and inventory tracking.
- Prepare and distribute official reports, certificates, and correspondence related to registrar and administrative functions.
- Liaise with government agencies, accreditation bodies, and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Organize and facilitate meetings, events, and workshops, including logistics, documentation, and follow-up actions.
- Implement and improve administrative systems and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in registrar, administrative, or property management roles, preferably in an educational institution.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with student information systems (SIS) or property management software.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Experience in compliance reporting, record-keeping, and data management.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural team environment.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of Indonesian or local languages is a plus.
