Responsibility
- Deliver high-quality nursing care in accordance with hospital policies, nursing standards, and legal regulations.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans to ensure optimal health outcomes.
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians, with strict adherence to safety protocols.
- Monitor and document patient vital signs, symptoms, and progress using electronic health records (EHR).
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to provide comprehensive and coordinated patient care.
- Educate patients and families on health management, disease prevention, and post-discharge care.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized clinical environment in compliance with infection control standards.
- Respond promptly to emergencies and critical situations with professionalism and composure.
Qualifications
- Valid Annual Practice Certificate (APC) from the Malaysian Nursing Board (mandatory).
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in a hospital or healthcare setting (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of nursing principles, medical terminology, and patient care techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
- Demonstrated commitment to ethical practice, patient confidentiality, and continuous professional development.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification is an advantage.
