Responsibility
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians, ensuring accuracy and patient safety.
- Monitor and assess patient vital signs, symptoms, and progress, documenting observations in electronic health records.
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies, providing critical care and coordinating with healthcare teams as needed.
- Assist in daily living activities, including personal hygiene, mobility support, and nutritional guidance for patients.
- Educate patients and families on health management, post-treatment care, and preventive measures.
- Collaborate with doctors, therapists, and social workers to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Maintain a clean, sterile, and organized clinical environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Participate in continuous professional development and training programs to stay updated on best nursing practices.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Valid nursing license (preferably with international recognition or eligibility for Indonesian registration).
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in a hospital, clinic, or long-term care setting.
- Proficient in English (written and spoken); knowledge of Indonesian or other languages is a plus.
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as required.
- Compassionate, patient-focused approach with a commitment to ethical nursing standards.
- Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and basic medical equipment.
