Responsibility
- Provide high-standard nursing care to patients, including assessments, treatments, and monitoring of vital signs.
- Administer medications, injections, and other medical procedures as prescribed by physicians.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Collaborate with doctors, therapists, and healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Educate patients and families on health management, post-treatment care, and preventive measures.
- Ensure a safe, clean, and hygienic clinical environment in accordance with infection control protocols.
- Respond promptly to emergencies and provide first aid or life-saving interventions when necessary.
- Participate in training programs and stay updated on the latest nursing practices and medical advancements.
Qualifications
- Valid nursing license (STR) and registration with the Indonesian Nursing Association (PPNI).
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in a hospital, clinic, or healthcare facility.
- Strong knowledge of nursing principles, medical terminology, and patient care techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, families, and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently and in a team under pressure in fast-paced environments.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal).
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and basic computer skills.
