Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to evaluate physical conditions, limitations, and medical histories.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs and goals.
- Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities to improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance functional abilities.
- Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, rehabilitation techniques, and home exercise programs.
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal recovery.
- Collaborate with physicians, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and achieve the best outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations and institute policies.
- Stay current with advancements in physical therapy techniques, technologies, and best practices through continuous professional development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Valid license to practice as a Physical Therapist in Indonesia or eligibility to obtain one.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in physical therapy, preferably in a hospital, clinic, or rehabilitation setting.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and therapeutic techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and healthcare teams.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality care.
- Proficiency in using electronic medical records (EMR) systems and other healthcare technologies.
