Responsibility
- Perform a variety of plastic and reconstructive surgical procedures, including but not limited to rhinoplasty, breast augmentation, liposuction, and post-traumatic reconstructions.
- Conduct thorough pre-operative consultations, assessing patient needs, expectations, and medical history to ensure safe and effective outcomes.
- Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s aesthetic or reconstructive goals.
- Provide post-operative care and follow-up consultations to monitor recovery and address any concerns.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including anesthesiologists, nurses, and support staff, to ensure seamless patient care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records in compliance with local and international healthcare standards.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in plastic surgery techniques, technologies, and best practices.
- Uphold the highest standards of patient confidentiality, ethics, and professionalism.
Qualifications
- Medical degree (MD or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
- Board certification or equivalent qualification in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of post-specialization experience in plastic surgery, with a proven track record of successful procedures.
- Valid medical license to practice in Indonesia (or eligibility to obtain one).
- Excellent surgical skills, attention to detail, and a keen aesthetic eye.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with patients.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
