Responsibility
- Oversee daily administrative operations, including office management, procurement, and facility maintenance.
- Coordinate with HR, finance, and medical departments to ensure seamless workflow and compliance with healthcare standards.
- Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure cost-effective procurement of supplies and services.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency and staff productivity.
- Monitor budget allocations and expenses, providing regular reports to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with local and national healthcare regulations, as well as organizational policies.
- Handle correspondence, documentation, and record-keeping for audits and inspections.
- Support the organization of company events, meetings, and training programs for staff development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in general affairs, administration, or operations, preferably in the healthcare sector.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with administrative or ERP software.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance standards, and best practices.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to addressing operational challenges.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional local language skills are a plus.
