Responsibility
- Coordinate and manage pre-employment medical examinations for candidates across various regions.
- Liaise with healthcare providers, clinics, and laboratories to schedule and track medical assessments.
- Review and verify medical reports, ensuring they meet company and regulatory standards.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of all medical compliance documentation.
- Communicate proactively with candidates and hiring managers to resolve any medical clearance issues.
- Stay updated on local and international health regulations affecting pre-employment requirements.
- Develop and implement processes to streamline medical compliance workflows.
- Provide exceptional customer service to candidates and internal stakeholders throughout the onboarding process.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Public Health, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in medical compliance, healthcare administration, or HR with a focus on pre-employment checks.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology, health regulations, and compliance standards.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with HRIS or medical compliance software is a plus.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with a reliable internet connection.
