Responsibility
- Provide first aid and emergency medical care to employees in case of workplace injuries or illnesses.
- Conduct regular health screenings (e.g., blood pressure, glucose, vision) and maintain confidential medical records.
- Develop and implement workplace health and safety programs, including infection control and ergonomic assessments.
- Collaborate with HR to ensure compliance with OSHA and local health regulations.
- Organize health awareness campaigns (e.g., flu vaccination drives, mental health workshops).
- Monitor and manage workplace hygiene and sanitation standards.
- Coordinate with external healthcare providers for employee referrals and follow-ups.
- Prepare and submit monthly health reports and incident documentation for management review.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Nursing (S1 Keperawatan) and a valid Indonesian nursing license (STR).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in occupational health, corporate nursing, or emergency care.
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of workplace safety protocols, first aid, and infection control.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse employees.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian (written and verbal).
- Ability to work independently and handle high-pressure situations with professionalism.
- Familiarity with medical software or electronic health records (EHR) is advantageous.
