Responsibility
- Perform routine medical procedures such as blood pressure measurements, administering injections, and monitoring vital signs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient charts and medical records in compliance with healthcare standards.
- Assist physicians during examinations and medical procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety.
- Provide compassionate and high-quality nursing care to patients, addressing their physical and emotional needs.
- Educate patients and their families on health management, treatment plans, and preventive care measures.
- Monitor and report changes in patient conditions to the healthcare team, ensuring timely interventions.
- Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a clean, sterile, and safe healthcare environment.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Indonesia or eligibility to obtain one.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a hospital, clinic, or healthcare facility.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, nursing procedures, and patient care standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and basic medical equipment.
- Compassionate, empathetic, and committed to delivering patient-centered care.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
